We love china hill except for one thing, they won't let us make substitutions! We end up wasting so much food because of this. Like when we order a Pu Pu Platter, we do not like egg rolls or the beef wontons, would rather have something else, but we can't so they don't get eaten. Seems like such a waste of food. Most other Chinese restaurants let people substitute.

I ate at China Hill, the food was great!! The Crab Rangoon is the best I've ever had!!! Every Chinese place that I go to I order them, and these are the best!!! The people were so friendly. The next time I'm in Maine I will definatly make a pit stop there again!
